At Welded Metals, we use a variety of media in our blasting services from synthetic abrasives such as coal slag, engineered abrasives such as aluminum oxide and glass beads, and recycled abrasives like plastic. We also provided metal conditioning and blasted finishing.

At Welded Metals, we offer powder coating services for one-off projects, as well as for shorter production runs with our small batch oven and larger 6’ x 6’ x 12’ oven. We are also able to provide our powder coating services in a wide range of colors to best meet your project needs.

At Welded Metals, we use a 5’ x 10’ 3kw laser cutter to achieve quality and consistent cuts, while also providing greater productivity through increased production speeds, which results in faster turnaround times.

At Welded Metals, we provide services from simple bending to more complex shaping that meets the specific functional and/or aesthetic requirements of the project. Our CNC press brake and 48” slip roller allow us to produce strong, durable, and uniform components that are both high-quality and consistent.

At Welded Metals, our specialties include but not limited to Tube frame fabrication for the automation industry (robotics, material handling) with small to large high-tolerance framework and Retail displays and fixtures for basic to high-end retail settings, restaurants, and lounges.
